Dre Cali is reportedly becoming worse in health following his travel to Canada last year. The singer is said to have left Ykee Benda’s Mpaka Records to look for greener pastures in North America but things are not going his way.
According to circulating word on the streets, the singer was affected by a serious sickness that has since threatened his life.
In recent reports, the singer’s situation is becoming worse. A source told a city news outlet that Dre was supposed to come back to Uganda, but his sickness could not allow it.
“I was told by a credible source that the reason Dre Cali refused to come back to Uganda is that he has a serious medical condition,” the source said.
“That’s why all his social media pages have been dormant. He is not chilling and relaxing as we thought, he’s battling some sicknesses. I can’t however confirm or refute this,” the source added.
Several artists have run to North America in search of greener pastures. The likes of Naira Ali, Desire Luzinda, Julie Muteesasira, and many more.
