According to Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi, there will not be wife material season two again! The comedian and his team are proceeding to season three.
Season two was first postponed when Eric got arrested after a contestants fight on set.
” Sadly, it seems wife material 2 was never meant to happen, but we can still say it happened in a way, actually twice. The show was to begin tomorrow as has been heavily advertised but unfortunately that won’t be so.” Reads part of the statement.
Eric says Wife material was created to entertain but most importantly, the contestants have to feel comfortable and safe.
“Unfortunately one of the contestants went completely and utterly “Rogue” and despite numerous attempts to listen and control the situation, the atmosphere in the house has not been conducive for the show to continue.” He explained
Wife material is a show with female contestants from Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania all trying to woo Eric Omondi.
