Ugandan young stars based in Canada, Esther, and Ezekiel were eliminated yesterday from the prestigious Canada’s Got Talent after just two great performances.
The duo failed to reach the finals and this was revealed by their mother, Julie Muteesasira, who posted on her social media handles.
“Thank you for the support and prayers. We didn’t make it to the finals but we were glad we made it to where we at.” she wrote.
The singers failed to raise the required votes with their song “You Are The Reason”, which had been a tribute to their mother, for having loved them unconditionally.
The siblings won the East Africa Got Talent (EAGT) in 2019 and many were hopeful that Canada’s Got Talent would end up in their hands.
