Nancy Kalembe, a former presidential candidate is going through a furnace of problems after reports came out a few days ago showing that she is chocking on debts and some of her property may be confiscated.
According to one financial institution in the country, Kalembe has accumulated too many debts but they have not been cleared. The institution sent her a notification telling her that it was going to sell off her property under public auction.
During elections, politicians tend to request for loans in order to facilitate their campaigns. When things go wrong, they shock on debts and request for help from the government.
According to reports, presidential candidates’ are supposed to be facilitated so as to help them reach all parts of the country.
