Assalamu Alaikum warahmatullah wabaraqatuhu(peace ,mercy, and blessings of God be upon you).

Reading enhances understanding and it’s for this that again I’m writing to you this as a postscript.
In this epistle you will perceive the benignity of Hussein Kyanjo and lessons will be drawn from it at the end.
I came to know of Hussein Kyanjo in 2018 when he was hosted on Akafubo program by Twaha Mukiibi and he explained how Y.K Museveni named himself Islamical names with the fellows during the bush war that led them to power up to now. This captured my intention to start following him always as he left me thirsty of understanding what he could have left out.
I didn’t know that even before then, he was vocative, faddish, and crowd pleasing man.
Today I’ve penned down what I think will be good for us to draw lesson from using the Swedish researchers tittle he inscribed on him in his writing on Peril of Africa web page where he called him the Refined African Politician.
Biography
This gentleman was born from the public squalor living a real nomal life (ghetto) in today’s synonyms.
He was born on Sunday 20th November 1960 to a family of Hajj Soliman Zilabamuzaale Jakana Kyanjo and Hajjat Mariam Nabuuma.
He went to Ntuuma primary school in Bukomansimbi, Bwaise primary school, Mbuulire primary school and Kako primary school where he finished his primary seven in 1975 from where he joined Masaka Senior Secondary School.
Political Effectiveness
Kyanjo’s politics was just leadership fair play not the politics of gaining. His political carrier started way back when he was delegated by the amir dawa Sheikh Yunus Kamoga as the news anchor for Muslims in 80’s and 90’s at Nakasero Tabliq Mosque. This is in reference to the article wrote by Muzzinya Bigere Huza three years back via UAH Facebook page.
He added that kyanjo’s role here was to seek for vital news around town inside Islam in Uganda and around the world to give it to Muslims at his prayer mosque. The Muslims were so excited of Kyanjo’s phenomenal knowledge during the time.
After finishing University at Makerere, Kyanjo in 1986 started Siphon Arts LTD in Kampala which later slowly smashed as he started politics of no fear.
During the times, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni was the most darling of Uganda but Kyanjo could broadly mention his mistakes with no fear.
Many People thought kyanjo would be arrested because of speaking negativity about their sweetheart Sevo but he survived arrests in many ways because he never talked anything until he could realize it’s authenticity.
Talking to some elders about this issue after reading it and understanding it, I was informed that the Museveni of then was somehow democratic and he could fair play politics as he wanted to prove trust to his subordinates.
Solemn politics of Kyanjo
Kyanjo joined public serious politics in 1996 when they started a political party known as Justice Forum (Jeema) as it’s acronym from the pressure group under the then one party system of National Resistance Movement as other political parties were not allowed until after the 2005 constitutional referendum.
He masterminded the formation of Jeema together with Imam Kasozi, Omar Kalinge Nyango and Muhammad Kibirige Mayanja.
In 1996 before the multiparty, system Kyanjo was the chairman of kibirige mayanja campaigns which he held better than all other task force chairpersons involved. It’s from there that American observers named him the best and consequently later, he was invited by the American Council for Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) to participate in electral observation in 1998.
In 2001 Kyanjo contested and lost to Yusuf Nsambu on makindye MP sit. He did not lose energy to come again since he campaigned in away that did not attack his opponents.
His loss didn’t leave people the same way as claims started that may be there were some misconceptions and lack of transparency within the E.C. A one Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda, who wasn’t a politician then but a writer in daily monitor newspaper wrote and said,
“I was hurt on the news of Kyanjo’s loss to the extent that I broke into tears. It hurts me more that it would hurt me to loose my own contest”
In 2006 KYANJO won a political seat of MP Makindye West and he was campaigning for Dr. Kiiza besigye as his presidential candidate since Jeema had not presented their presidential candidate.
What caused Jeema not to have a presidential contestant in 2006?
I wouldn’t have included this in the postscript but I saw it important to you as well. According to the Observer of August 1, 2018, Ahead of the 2006 election, JEEMA or the Justice Forum was officially registered as a political party. All indications were that its president, Kibirige Mayanja, was going to stand for presidency.
To punish him for impetuousness, but also offer to contain him, the government of Uganda enacted a law demanding that civil servants wishing to stand for political office had to first resign their jobs.
It meant Kibirige Mayanja would have no job to return to after he lost in the 2006 election. In effect, he would be punished and rendered penurious for not simply standing in an election, but also embarrassing Mr Museveni.
The selfishness of this enactment is not simply in the fact that it sought to massage the ego of one man, Yoweri Museveni, but that it also sought to hurt another, Kibirige Mayanja.
Although Kibirige never stood for political office in 2006 – out of an earlier-on agreed position, not fear for his job but rather miniature attack on a self-admiring Museveni had brought a terrible law into existence, which eternally changed the face of politics in Uganda: Civil Servants rarely take the gamble of resigning their jobs to contest in elections and it’s here that the now politics is a win or die.
This is how it started for all civil workers to resign there jobs to race for a political seat. Now you know how rule by law is fixed in here.
Kyanjo’s worst scenarios in politics
Kyanjo is currently battling with poisoning according to him and currently he is working with the assistance of electricity.
To cut the story short kyanjo hard a visit to Johannesburg, South Africa in 2011 with other comrades like Patrick oboi Amuriat the then MP Kumi county in the 9th parliament and he realized that he couldn’t talk as he found difficulty in breathing.
He was checked out and later went to Iraman hospital in Dubai (UAE) where the doctors confirmed that he had suffered from the disease called dystonia up to now Hussein kyanjo is still battling with the same illness.
The Positivity of Kyanjo
Kyanjo has never played politics negatively, he has always been an upright man whe stands on his believes and the side of the oppressed as he claims.
He informed his people that politics is not a gaining arena but instead, a place of debate of dissection of ideas where he is supposed to let others take on and thus stopping on his second term in 2011 even though he still had the ability to acquire the seat again.
Kyanjo took part in saving Mabira Forest that was given to Mehta for sugar plantations in 2008, he said Mabira was useful in environmental conservation.
He was ever an active MP in Parliament and he never missed plenary indulgence thus the African leadership institute placing him in the best performing law makers.
He loved/loves his King (Ronald Muwenda Komera Mutebi II) and he wanted Buganda Kingdom to have its own airlines named Buganda airlines.
In addition, he unleashed and agitated his acerbic tongue that Mengo the seat of the Kingdom of Buganda should secede from Uganda, this was after the September 2009 violence that followed the refusal of Kabaka’s access to his own people in kayunga -bugerere.
Kyanjo loved and loves his religion Islam.
He is remembered most when he was campaigning to his constituents in 2006 and the group of christians requested him to help build the church. He responded to them that his religion doesn’t allow him to do so but instead he can do any other work that is beneficial to all religions.
He went ahead giving examples of different activities like borehole constructions, electricity extension and the rest.
