There seems to be stiff competition among the singers in Uganda’s top music record label called Swangz Avenue. According to word on the street, four songbirds(Vinka, Azawi, Winnie Nwagi, and Zafaran) are tight on each other because they have to impress the bosses.
Some music industry analysts have always asserted that Swangs Avenue can not front more than two artists at ago. However, the record label has managed to put to the public eye, Nwagi, Vinka, and Azawi at a go. Months ago, they added Zafaran to the team.
There have been claims from the streets that Vinka has not been at ease with Azawi, following the attention given to her(Azawi) compared to Vinka. Responding to this, Vinka said the two are on good terms
“I and Azawi are on good terms I don’t know where people get all this they say that we are beefing. At swangz Avenue we are sisters, we support each other and that’s all we have. No time for hatred,” Vinka said.
A few weeks ago, Winnie and Nwagi were also said to be at loggerheads because of the same. However, the two have never opened up their fire against each other, in public.
