Famous movie producer who did “What if” and “Mistakes Gals Do” has asked Ugandan musicians not to be mean with their music when filmmakers request to use them in their movies.

In an interview with a city TV, he asked artists like Spice Diana to try out the film industry since they already have reputations and have gathered several fans.
“I am waiting for musicians like spice Diana to join the film industry. At times, when we approach them to help us with their music in our songs, they refuse and others want us to pay too much. They do not know that our movies could also promote their movies.
Mulindwa also blasted owners of beautiful premises and hotels for refusing to avail them with a shooting venue. He said this is why some movies’ sets are in bushes and plantations.
Mulindwa also asked the government and politicians to stop poking their noses into the Film Industry. He believes that without unnecessary government intervention, the industry could grow beyond any limits.
