“Upon arrest, they were found bound a taxi Toyota hiace registration UBK 813F. It is alleged that the group uses the vehicle to deploy thugs in different areas with a motive of robbing from locals and then pick them up after their robbery missions . Upon getting this information, the vehicle was intercepted and suspects arrested.” Luke said.
