Police in kassanda have impounded link bus number UBE 535h at kigarama stage,myanzi subcounty Kassanda district and registered a case of neglect act likely to spread infectious disease to ebola in Kassanda.

According Rachel Kawala, the Police Spokesperson Wamala region, the exhibit link bus UBE 535H has been recovered and currently parked at myanzi police and three suspects in custody over violation of ebola SOPs.
Police has identified the violaters as bus Inspectors Nelson Mwesigwa together with his colleague Opio Samuel, both attached to Hopper Bus. It is alleged that thry wanted a short distance lift to mityana town.
“Preliminary facts indicate on October 17, at about 6:00 am, the bus left Bundibugyo District with 58 passengers for Kampala, while on the way, the bus driver stopped the Bus at Kigarama Stage, Kigarama parish Myanzi subcounty Kassanda District and picked two passengers contrary to the guidelines issued by ministry of health against the fight of ebola,” she reveals.
