Nakibinge said this at the Duwa of his trustee Sheik Muhammad Lubowa of Kibuli and late Lukiya Nabweteme(Gold) wife to his closest fried Ssebunza Hassan in Buwate Najera.
He condemned the rampant corruption in the country which he said, have seen many mosques and people’s land being sold and destroyed. He also attributed the collapse of unplanned buildings to corruption citing that tycoons keep erecting them because of the power of the vice.
“We must stop corruption, you can’t eat this world and finish it. There time you will be stopped by doctors not to eat. Why embezzle people’s properties and money?..”. Prince Nakibinge wondered.
Kampala Lordmayor Erias Lukwago who was in attendance applauded the late for the tremendous work he did to keep Islam tactic in Kibuli and Uganda at large. He requested the family members to maintain Sheik Muhammad norm of Organizing constant Mauled at home.
He condemned the so called City tycoons who want to grab old taxis park Land where they possess them selves as owners.
“These are not rich but people who fake lives posing to one. Tycoons can’t steal from the poor”Lukwago said
Lukwago is asked ugandans to be cognizant of the present Russia- Ukraine War as it has greatly affected the price of commodities in Uganda.
“To you who support Russia and Ukraine as you your supporting football matches, you don’t know what your supporting. Russia is one those leading countries in supplying fuel and gas but many countries have put a bate on it. Am worried prices of commodities may shoot up more” he stressed
Sheik Muhammad was a local muslim cleric who taught Islam and made tremendous work to it’s development. He fed many people in his home in the early 1990’s till his death. He regularly supported Mauled where many people converted to Islam, feasted abd enjoyed. He was regular visitor and a friend to price Kasim Nakibinge Kakungulu and at the time of his death, he had left his will to prince Nakibinge.
