Popular socialite Sipapa aka Charles Olim has opened up on why most of his artists signed under his record label do not thrive in the industry and end up leaving the label.

In an interview, the controversial socialite who owns Sipapa Entertainment accused Ugandan artists of not being patient and lacking knowledge on how to manage fame.
“It’s not that I spoil their career. They are just too impatient. When I work with artists, I always want to work on their public images and then on their careers. So when they see me concentrating on their images first, they become impatient and leave…,” he explained.
He hinted that some of them are born and created to be poor so it’s not easy to get them out of the curse.
“Some of them are naturally born poor and want to remain in their poverty. Even if you want to help them, they can not be helped.” He said.
The socialite had managed singers like Record Era, Serena Bata, Brown Sugar, and many more artists whose careers have not been bright enough.
