Award winning investigative journalist Solomon Serwanja is set to leave his journalism duties at NBS television after six years of service.

“On 31st July, I will be leaving NBS TV. It has been such an honor to serve for the last 6 years.” He revealed through his social media
Starting next month, the 2018 United Nations Reham al-Farra Memorial Journalist will be the new Executive Director of African Institute for Investigative Journalism (AIIJ)
“I will now focus on my new role as the Executive Director at AfricanIIJ, the home of Investigative Journalism.” He continued to reveal.
Solomon Serwanja is married to Vivian Serwanja and they have four children.
He is the Komla Dumar award winner of 2019. An annual accolade given by BBC to celebrate African Journalists.
