Television(TV) provider StarTimes has launched its much anticipated local films-TV dubbed Makula TV, today 27th June 2022.
The launched TV is aimed at airing only Ugandan films in a bid to promote the Ugandan films that seem to have less attention from the media. It is tipped to kick off with series, dramas, and Telenovelas to capture the female audience who have been glued to series from India, the Philippines, and Korea.
The TV’s maiden series will be Donabella, Waiter, and many more. It s available on Channel 228 on Antenna decoder and channel 492 on dish platform. It is available to all StarTimes subscribers no matter the bouquet at no cost for the first 30 days, the channel can also be accessed at no cost on smartphones anytime, anywhere via the StarTimes ON APP.
