Nyakahuma said Religious differences and continuous politicizing of government programs shall not develop Ugandans but instead shall create endless wrangles and poverty. He further cautioned the local council leaders who have engaged themselves in corruption scandals to stop immediately otherwise they will be detained and judged accordingly once caught.
In the same assembly of leaders, the chairperson L.c3 central division Sam Arinaitwe hailed the ministry of local government upon the delay of funding the local councils and which has hindered the effective service delivery.
He has continued to argue the government to change the financial government policy from where they collect taxes forward them to Consolidated fund and wait for returns saying this has completely delayed offering services to their people.
Monitoring is the continuous tracking of progress in the implementation of government policies and projects through gathering if systematic information on delivery.
