Mrs World Uganda, Sylvia Namutebi has on Thursday morning left Uganda for USA where she will be participating in the 38th Mrs World pageant.
Mrs World is the first beauty pageant for married women and was started in 1984.
The beauty Queen was crowned Mrs World Uganda in February 2021 and she is to represent Uganda at the international beauty contest where she is competing against more than a hundred other contestants from different countries around the world in an event that take place at the Westgate Resort, Las Vegas Resort in the State of Nevada, USA.

“It’s time: I’m off to #LasVegas for the Mrs World Pageant. At this point I am just so grateful for the overwhelming support I have had on this journey. May God guide me in this next chapter to represent my country for what it truly is, our Traditions, Foods, our Diversity, the Fashion, the Beautiful friendly People and the amazing Weather, Everything that makes UGANDA the Pearl of Africa.” Sylvia expressed gratitude towards her fans through her Social Media platforms.
Namutebi was crowded Miss Uganda in 2011 and she represented Uganda at the Miss World pageant the same year. She is a model, mother and wife to Mr. Alli Allibhai.
