Singer Veronica Nakiyingi Luggya aka Vinka has today April 4, renewed her working contract with music label Swangz Avenue.
The Bachelors in Tourism graduate joined Swangz Avenue as dancer for the late Sera, then became singer Irene Ntale’s manager during her time at the record label.
In late 2016, the mother of one became more popular after she was signed as an artist in the same record label. She however received backlash from the fans as many believed she had turned into a singer to replace Irene Ntale.
Her prowess and energy in the industry also led her to signing a long-term recording deal with Sony, as one of their recording artists in 2018. The deal retained Swangz Avenue as management for Vinka.
According to close sources, Vinka is still a Sony recording artist with a long-term recording contract and Swangz Avenue remains the management label on behalf of Sony.
Swangz recently signed a new face, artist Zafaran to the female trio, making a total number of four female artistes under swangz management.
