Renowned singer and songwriter has highlighted the benefits of having sat in a class to attain education.

In his new song dubbed “Education For All”, the singer urged all Ugandans to consider educating their children for a better future. He also wrote on his social media handles that if it hadn’t been for his education, he wouldn’t have managed to meet influential people.
“Thank you education, you have made me meet educated people,” he wrote on his social media handles.
Yesse attended Nanganda Primary School in Kampala for his primary level, St. James Highschool in Mityana, and Naalya Secondary School for his secondary levels, and then went to Makerere University Business School where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business computing, in 2009.
During school, his best subjects were Literature in Luganda and English, which enabled him to be a great writer of plays and dramas. Because of such brilliance, the schools he went to sponsored him and at the University, the government did.
